Who we are
OUTPOST MEDIA(“OUTPOST”, “we”, “us”) provides strategic content and communications services for DefenseTech and DeepTech companies. We are based in Israel. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

What we collect
We collect only what you choose to give us, plus basic technical data:
- Contact form. Your name, email address, company (optional), and the content of your message. These are sent to us as an email — we do not keep a separate database of enquiries. The email notes that you ticked the consent box.
- Email. If you write to us directly, we hold that correspondence.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and reliability.
- Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate traffic. It does not use cookies and does not build a profile of individual visitors.
We do not collect special categories of personal data, and we do not ask for confidential, classified, or export-controlled information through this website. Please do not send it to us here.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss working together.
- To keep a record of business correspondence.
- To keep the site secure, available, and working correctly.
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for the contact form, and on our legitimate interest in running and securing our business for technical data. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Vercel — website hosting, server logs, and analytics.
- Resend — delivery of the email your contact form generates.
- Our email provider — receiving and storing that correspondence.
These providers may process data outside your country. Where required, such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose information where we are legally obliged to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries live in our email inbox. We keep them for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business relationship, and then delete them. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will do so unless we are required to retain it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, to receive a copy in portable form, and to withdraw consent. Under Israel’s Privacy Protection Law you have rights of access and correction.
To exercise any of these, email hello@outpostmedia.co. We will respond within the time limits that apply. If you are in the EEA or UK and you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. The date at the top reflects the most recent version.
